  • Certain items, such as Custom Braids & Bubble Braids, are non-returnable.

  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of us processing the return.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

• Exchanges:
  If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

❗ Delivery Issues

• If your order is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check your mailbox, front porch, and with neighbors.

🔁 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned to us, we can reship it—but additional shipping fees may apply.
